The Fundamentals of Mysore + Free Week of Mysore with Alexia and Bridgett

In this workshop, Bridgett and Alexia will introduce the students to the first of six sequences of Ashtanga yoga, also known as The Primary Series. The intention is to give the participants the blueprint of the method in order to have a foundation to start and build a daily Mysore practice.  A week of Mysore following the workshop is included in the fee.

Donation Primary Series Class for Blue Planet Project

Join me in support of my friend Amber Cook, who alongside Diana Oppenheim will bike down the west coast in efforts to create awareness, community, and a little revolution!

2 women, yoga teachers, and friends bike over 900 miles in one month, can they do it?! Around the country in June multiple donation based classes will be taking place in efforts to raise $10,000 for Blue Planet Project, a global and national water justice non-profit that we have teamed up with!

Creating Ease in Asana: Opening the Hips

In this workshop we will explore the structure of the hips, seeking a practical understanding of the movements that will help us get safely into postures that require hip flexibility while maintaining healthy knees. We will work on postures that help develop openness in the hips and learn safe ways of preparing for lotus positions and leg behind the head. All levels are welcome.
