Creating Ease in Asana: Opening the Hips

In this workshop we will explore the structure of the hips, seeking a practical understanding of the movements that will help us get safely into postures that require hip flexibility while maintaining healthy knees. We will work on postures that help develop openness in the hips and learn safe ways of preparing for lotus positions and leg behind the head. All levels are welcome.
