A big part of the Ashtanga method is getting adjustments. Sometimes it is easier to understand the mechanics of the movements when we get adjusted in a posture. Adjustments vary from student to student and they will never be the same, but there are certain things that can be applied to most people.
In this workshop geared towards teachers and serious students we will review and practice some of the most common adjustments given in an Ashtanga class along with modifications for specific injuries to give the students.
