Payment details are:

• 50% of the retreat cost non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your spot.

• Full Balance due Oct 1st 2025

• If you join the retreat after Oct 1st, 2025 the full amount is due at booking.

All payments are non-refundable after they are made. If you would like to make monthly payments, we can help set up a monthly payment plan for you at the time you complete your deposit.

Travel to Guatemala

There is only 1 airport in Guatemala and there are a couple direct flights from Chicago. We will be organizing a shuttle together to the Lake on arrival day which is about a hour trip. Because of that, we recommend that you choose a flight that arrives into La Aurora International Airport no later than 1pm n Feb 21st so that we can arrive at Ix Balam in time to relax, have welcome meal and enjoy the sunset. Alexia does not recommend staying in Guatemala city, however if you would rather fly in a day early and are curious about staying in Guatemala City for one night- she can give you hotel recommendations.
